Learn the tips and techniques for preserving Alaskan foraged goods.We will cover our Covid-19 potocol, then we will discuss the picking/gathering of various foods, proper equipment handling and the processes needed to make your bounty last. Minimum age 12. Class topics will vary depending on the season. Email for information on current topics.
